Ironman

Ironman, that excuse to gather in the desert and dance around naked while consuming every banned substance known to man...oops, wrong man . This man is a grueling test of endurance pitting the individual athlete against oneself. Aspiring Ironmen pay fairly significant sum of money for the privilege of doing what most people would pay a small fortune to avoid. The test: a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile bike, concluding with a full 26.2 mile marathon. Who would subject themselves to this and the necessary training? I am. Below is a list of my experience with Ironman.
