Below is a list of everything brought on my Moab trip. Since it involved four unique activities (trail running, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and backpacking) I brought the kitchen sink along, and my little two-door Cavalier was packed tight. Some items appear in more than one list if they were useful for multiple types of entertainment. WARNING: This is not a recommendation or complete list of what to bring on a trip. You may need more or less. Consult with an experienced outdoorsman before attempting anything. This list is mainly a record for myself which I am also posting online.
