On April 19th I will fly from Cedar Rapids, IA to Boston where I will meet my mom, aunt, and her husband. I will retrieve my Boston Marathon registration packet and peruse Boston. The next day we will watch the Women's US Olympics Marathon Trials (in which someone from Cedar Rapids is competing). On Monday, I will run the 112th Boston Marathon setting a new PR. After a great race, I will recover hanging around Boston and enjoying the company of my family. Afterwards, we will head to Maine where my aunt lives. Although it will still be cold, I will spend the rest of the week enjoying day hikes around various parks in Maine. On Sunday the 27th, I will fly back to lovely old Iowa to return to the real world.
